Solved: Will the newest version of AutoCad Mobile still work with my Leica Disto?

I've been using AutoCad Mobile for several years now from Beta through the actual resale version. I've been hearing rumors that the new release now coming out isn't going to support Leica Distos anymore. The Leica Disto is a laser dimensioning tool that has BlueTooth and works with the AutoCad Mobile on my Samsung tablet enabling me to draw as-builts of houses in 1/10th the time of using a tape measure and a pen.

Give a man AutoCad, and he'll draw you a floor plan.
Give a man Revit and he'll build you a house.
Give Cadmama a couple of drinks and she'll have everyone singing Rockytop!

I understand your situation. Unfortunately I am not involved in roadmaps for the AutoCAD Mobile App. Since I am not involved, I can not share a preview or similar information. Sharing roadmaps is in general a sensitive topic.

Moving forward, I will check internally to address your topic.

Hello @grumpygrizzly

I got the information that if you are already on version 5.x, no functions should be removed in the upcoming releases. In general the rumor you described does not apply to Android, but I understand that something like this is spread since the function was removed for iOs.

I don't see a solution and version 6.6.0 does not work. 6.2.0 does work with my Leica. Can I revert back to that version or can we get an actual solution?

You are replying to a post from the year 2021: so...

If you can revert back, your device's app store is about the only place to look: I don't see that option on my mobile device, but perhaps you do? Hope it works.
