I will propose new features for ACAD MAP in each category !

01) --- Object Data General and EDIT ---

010) Remove the stupid length limit of 131/132 chars for "String OD Field"
PLEASE increase this LENGTH LIMIT to 254/255 chars ...

01A - Be able to rename an OD field/column
01B - Be able to reorganize the order of fields/columns (up/down)
01C - Please a function like Search and Replace ODs
01D - Add Prefix or Suffix on alphanumeric ODs
01E - Add or Multiply by a value for numeric ODs
 

 
02) --- Object Data - Select, Query, Update, etc --- in the CURRENT drawing ---
 
Be able to see OD as a Grid (idem the Attributes Tables with FDO)
Select, Query, Update, Export as CSV, etc
With options : auto-select, auto-zoom, etc

I completely agree.

But from Object Data, can get a lot more use.

I totally agree, it would help a lot. OD are useful but they could be way better !!!

I implemented all these tasks in my plugin. Most of these commands are now available - see the latest posts in the topic https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-map-3d-forum/additions-for-object-data/td-p/7548282

But it would be better if Autodesk himself did it!
