I think everybody has this problem connection with ArcGIS FGDb/PGDb, AutoCAD Map 3D needs ages to connect with databases this connector is totally useless because it needs ages to import data from Gis databases, please give this task attention because everybody is tired. Connection speed is very slow it is literally sluggish and after you import at the end of the day, when you zoom in or out it is lagging and really hard to work with, impossible to work like this!!!!!!!
Please Autodesk team do something to increase the throughput of this connection with Gis Databases.
