PDF Import

Has anyone had any issues with PDF import in LT 2017?  I have just started to use this feature on some drawings and it looks like it is only isolated to this one PDF that I am trying to import.  I have attached the original PDF that I am trying to import along with what I am getting in AutoCAD when I import.  Can someone see if they have the same issues if they try to import it?  Thanks in advance.

When I imported your pdfs I got the same result as you showed but when I erased the circles and did a zoom extents, the pdf's came into view. Not sure what the circles are but they come in at such a large scale that you can't see the pdf page.

It appears this PDF is in the PDF/A format generated from an Adobe software package: I don't normally come across PDF/A formats much, wonder why they did that to this file.
