Camera Max viewport doesn't match arnold render view.

Max 2023.3

Hi. When I create a physical camera and activate perspective correction what is seen in the viewport doesn't match what is seen in the arnold render view.

I don't know if this is how it should work but it seems strange to me. If it works good, can you explain to me why or how works it.

Image 03. Don't auto update is necessary stop and re-load render.

Image 04. Stop render, select in arnold render view /viewport_camara and do render again.

Image 05. Stop render, select in arnold render view /PhysCamera an do render again.

It is a bug.

 

If you want to lock the camera and being able to move around in perspective without reseting the ARV, you can lock the camera here

I guess I didn't explain myself well.

I don't want to blok the camara. I want see the same thing in viewport and ARV, the image 03 shows what I want to see but it doesn't happen. In viewport i see the geometry whit perpective correction activated but in ARV not.
I thought that reseting the ARV it will show me the same that viewport but the view goes down to the high of camera (aprox 1.70m in the scene) and I would lost the hight part of geometry (biulding) that i want to see and see the base.

 

 

 

I think that if in ARV bloking PhysCameraxxx this should show me what I am seeing in the viewport even if the perspective correction is activated.

And why should i block the camera in ARV? 

To show one camera if i have a lot.

 

Maybe I still don't know how to use the software well but i feel that MaxtoA itsn't compatible yet to work whit multiple cameras (views) at the same time.

Yeah, this is a known bug. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon.
