TIP: How to disable a public share

Hello,

Have you ever wondered how to tell if a file was shared publicly and wanted to disable that share?   If you think that you have shared a file publicly, go to the overview of the file. You will see "Shared Link On" if it is shared and "Shared Link Off" if you have disabled it. To remove the share, click on the "On" text, or the share icon in the upper right corner.   That will bring up the share dialog.  Just slide the dialog off.

Notice that the "Shared Link Off" now shows up.

And that is how  you see if a file is shared or not.  Note that you can re enable it any time you need to by clicking on the share icon again.

Greetings indeed already put into practice and works by enabling or disabling this option, you can allow the file or shared link that stop working for other people to use or not, I is proven ...

What I realized is that once you share the link, after a while disable it, and if after another time re-enable it once you enable it for the second time, the code generated will be different the first, so if previously shared the first link, and if you want that person to redisplay the object, will have to share the new link even shared the same object at the beginning ...
