mime type of new version cannot be different from its older version

I am trying to upload a revit model to an autodesk 360 project and am getting a red error banner at the top of the page that reads:

"mime type of new version cannot be different from its older version"

any ideas of what is happening?

Hi Dylan,

Can you provide some more information on how you are doing the upload ? Do you already have a file with the same name in the folder ? Are you using the " Upload New Version" option or are you just using the primary Upload button on top (attached an image to clarify)

thanks,

Hi Dylan,

In addition to Rahuls point, are you trying to upload a different file type from Upload new version option? You get to see Mime type error message when lets say for example you have a fusion design and you tried uploading a different file type as a new version. Let us know.

Thanks,
