System Error

I downloaded a trial version 3ds Max 2018 .While running  I got an error message.

3dmax.exe - System Error

  The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-I1-1-0.dll    is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.

I have reinstall 2 times.

Pls help.
