No vertical scroll bar in Clip Maker

When using Clip Maker, there should be a vertical scroll bar in the clip window to scroll down when there is a large number of animation blocks in a clip.

This is possible using the middle mouse button. Also you can scale and focus the view using the mouse.

Using the middle mouse button used enable me to scroll down or up through a large number of animation blocks within the Clip Maker window, but now it functions only as a "zoom in" magnifier. 

Is there a way to reset the mouse so the middle mouse button works differently in the Clip Maker window?

I found the keyboard arrow buttons are a quick work around, so no worries.

Update:  I realized the problem was with my mouse.  The middle mouse button function was changed to zoom.  I changed it back to "middle mouse button" function and things are working normally again.
