Yes, you can reset your credentials without a full uninstall! The Cluster Manager credentials are stored locally. To reset your VRED cluster login, use the VREDClusterSetup tool to reconfigure the service daemon's access parameters, or edit the service configuration files.

Reset your password

Go to the Sign in screen from your Autodesk product or open profile.autodesk.com in your browser.

Select Sign in.

Enter your email address and select Next.

Select Forgot password? below the sign in option.

Check your email for a one-time passcode (OTP).

Enter the OTP on the sign-in screen and select Next.

Enter your new password twice, then select Reset password.

Sign in with your new password.

When prompted, enter the one-time passcode sent to your email to confirm sign-in.
Note:
If you don’t receive the email, check your spam or junk folder for messages from [email protected] or [email protected].
If you use a corporate email address, ask your IT team to allow list these email addresses.
If you sign in with a third-party provider (Google, Apple, Microsoft, or Facebook )
If you use a third-party provider to sign in, reset your password through your provider's account. Autodesk does not manage third-party passwords.
Change your password

Sign in to your account at profile.autodesk.com/security.

Select the Edit icon next to password.

Enter your current password once.

Enter your new password twice.

Select Save.
Note: If you don’t see the option to edit your password, your account is managed by your organization. Contact your administrator for help.
