Sending custom events to vrMenu with html content

Hi there,

I was wondering if there is a way to send custom events to a html page that is displayed with vrMenu. It is possible with webengines ('sendToWebEngine'), but they come with other disadvantages (they cannot be created from script to my knowledge).

I try to create a kind of artifical horizon and have to send some parameters to my javascript.

I figured I could just use a websocket connection between my plugin code and the html vrMenu. Soo far it works quite nicely!

This is the python websocket implementation I used: simple-websocket-server
