Hi Vred devs,

I have seen @Simon.Nagel and others of the vred team doing some interesting videos showing some vred workflows and helpful scripts to do some nice stuff. Why are you not posting them here? I am seeing them on your individual linkedin channels. You should post them here!

Thanks,

Richard

Hi Richard,

thanks for sharing your thoughts.

I think a forum is not the right place for sharing scripts.
How to search, maintain, adjust and improve them here in a smart way?

Github is made for sharing code and scripts between individuals. You can collaborative work and easily use development functionality. Working with multiple files with dependency is a standard feature there.

GitHub is accessible for everyone. I strongly encourage you and all the other talented people out there to share your scripted ideas or at least parts of it.

This can be even done by individual, as it is  agile and easy.

In the end it will pay back for all of us.

Posting at linkedin simply means informing the entire industry and not only forum users.

Cheers,

Simon

Hey Simon,

Sorry I wasn’t being clear. I don’t mean for you to host or keep your scripts on the forum in a thread.

I just mean it would be great if you could post a message on the forum saying “hey look at this”. So basically post the message you put on LinkedIn also in this forum so we can see it here.

Best,

Richard
