hi all.
i have this issue i want to investigate:
we have a vred 2018.5 installation on several pcs in our office.
we have recently switched to a new company proxy with policies preventing websites accessibility.
apparently these policies makes autodesk sync background service to crash.
since when this issue appeared Vred looks way more unstable, randomly freezing when clicking around (may happen when selecting an object or changing a material parameter or even save the file). also, this happens independently from file complexity (yesterday it crashed while having a file with a single sphere opened).
question is: is autodesk sync connected to Vred and may cause this instability or are these two issues completeley unrelated?
is there a log i can check somewhere in our pcs?
