Workspaces in Partial - how to get to main?

I have two custom workspaces in my partial cui. However i get a message saying that those cannot be loaded automatically and I need to do so manually by adding them to the main cui?

I do not want my users to have to do this and need to find a way for them to be added to the main automatically by coding.

I hope this is possible. Any assistance would surely be appreciated.

I am far from Autocad, but in my remember..
