Why we can't get the Tollbar Button by its TagString?

So, why?

 

As I can see we only can get ang change the TagString value, but we can't get the Button by its TagString though the TagString is the identifier ("Element ID"!!) for MenuItem and ToolbarItem?

It's hard to tell by your comment exactlt what you are asking for, but it seems like you want to grab a specific tool on your toolbar? If that's the case, you need to also specify the menu or partial-menu that tool is associated with.

Yup. Been there, done that.

For me it was POP position swapping where I created a list
of tags that are the candidates for finding the position so I
can do the swap [where the position of the POP is different
for each workstation].

Next item: Be able to transfer "Extended Help File" data between workstations.
What good is it to first define, then provide help to myself and not to others?
