Visual Studio Code won't connect to autocad

Good day. I am brand new to this.

I've just installed Microsoft VS Code, an editor for Autolisp.

As I understand it, VSCode opens an instance of Autocad to run the code in when it is ready to debug.

I've got a lot of the set-up done, but when I try to debug a bit of code...

I get this error message:

"C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2024\acad.exe"

doesn’t exist. Verify and correct the folder path to the product executable. (from VSCode)

I have verified that is the correct path.

Help!          Many thanks,     Spence Ball

As Homer would say "D'ohhh"

A file address does not have " " marks.

My bad.

But the instructions on autodesk website do show the quotes:
