VBA not working anymore since last windows update

Hello, 

We have been using AutoCAD 2010 for a long time now where everything was working fine but since last week, 

we have an issue with our UPT command where VBA is no more working so we cannot update our title block anymore.

We get these 2 errors:

-Errors occured during load

-Failed to load project from the file

The file is correct and at the good place.

Is there a way to fix this?

I have a very similar issue.  I had 1 drafter (out of 20 or so) use VBA won't run and I can't load any of them either.  Also choices in VBAIDE are greyed out and can't be selected.

Not sure what is causing this.

Edit: Thought it was a windows update issue, so I did all updates and everything still works fine on my machine and haven't heard any one else having issues.

I was able to fix my "VBA not loading" issue by uninstalled a security update in windows dated 11/16.  I had an security update dated 11/21 and it hasn't been an issue on my machine.
