Unlock text rotation

Hi all,

I am trying to rotate the text with the properties of the text, but it is in rotation lock mode, do not know how it is locked.

How to unlock it, give a suggestion or provide lisp code.

there is a problem with annotation feature. The Text WAS an anno object (Text property  Annotative was ON)

and property "Match orientation to layout" was ON too.

Do you know how you(?) changed the properties? Special commands? Tools?

Import/Export workflows?

Select you TEXT,

PropertiesPalette [CTRL+1]

set Annotation to Yes

set 'Match orientation to layout' to No

set Annotation back to No

Hi sir,
I do not know how the text was changed. I received this drawing from client.
The annotative properties of the text are only capable of zero degree rotation, but is it possible to do this at manual rotation because I am trying to rotate the text along the polyline.
