Unable to retrieve entity data

Hello,

Please find the DWG in attachment.
All the objects in the DWG presented no issues (I deleted them). Only this one (an MTEXT) makes me problems.
I'm unable to retrieve entity data of this MTEXT via entget.
Can anybody investigate and help me with this case ?

AUDIT found 7 errors, and after it fixed them, (entget) succeeded.

Use AUDIT to fix that.
