The simple answer is yes. But No if your using LT2024, the 2 way from or to Excel is supported using a "get application", you can even talk to MS Word and Access.
So before going any further how much lisp skill do you have ? There is a few Excel programs out there, they have functions inside them that you can use, not a here is your code. I have posted many examples here.
