Structure Drawing to Excel BOM Automatic
Ok can be done, I can see a couple of problems, the "Mark" is near some beams but is also touching a leader, the leader mark points to a line not a pline for the 6mm plate. The mark is text. The "F" are not linked in any way and not shown in excel and that was in the 1st minute.
The reason no one has jumped in is that it will be a custom code just to match your requirements. You may have to pay to have something done.
Yes I charge people but look at the entire project rather than the last step. Are the beams drawn with a program or plines and lines ? This can possibly be improved.
A single request is now 31 lisps now for a client as more and more requests occurred. Others here will tell you the same starts with 1 but then 10 more follow.
Think about what is next maybe a package approach would be better. Remember any code provided is done so for free and I can see this task snowballing and the hours ticking by. The price of a 6 pack of beer may be well worthwhile.
