Runtime Part Parameter Configuration Error

I get two "Runtime Part Parameter Configuration Errors" on start up of AutoCad Civil 3d 2021.

1. Public_Stub_Length

2. Riser_Length

I've searched the forums and I haven't been able to find anything to work so far.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Have you got all civil3d updates and/or hotfixes installed for version 2021 ?

There was similar error with civ 3d 2016 that was solved using a hotfix.

I've tried using that 2016 hotfix thinking it might solve the problem, just because I've tried everything I know how to do. Currently looking into Updates.

Updates didn't work either.

Only thing that  I found regarding this kind of errors is  this post and this. I'm not sure if this can be used on version 2021. Maybe you should try with technical support?
