Routine to clean up Revit Imports

Hello,

Our firm designs concrete precast panels for structures using revit for the drafting, but one step of the process is to export the revit file into Autocad, delete everything out the drawing except the panel edges and panel numbers, and then import that drawing into yet another program which calculates the centroids of all the shapes and locations of all the lifters etc (to erect the panels on site). Thats the back story.

What I'd like to do is automate the clean up process in CAD since its very repetitive and always the same. I know how to program macros which I thought would get me a long ways, however I was using the Qselect command dialogue, and macro recordings dont like dialogue boxes, so every time it would require user input in the dialogue box before proceeding. I'd like to eliminate all user input and get as much of the revit export cleaned up as possible automatically.

I've attached a sample revit export below, and then in Part 2 is what i think could be stripped down to automatically. In the Part 2 attachement, the two sections on the left are final completed clean ups ready to be exported into the next program.

If someone is willing to attempt to tackle this request let me know and I can give more details on exactly what I need.
