Rename Win Folder Under ApplicationPlugins

A typical plugin folder has the following path:

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\<PluginName>.bundle\Contents\Win\...

The support path, CUIX path, and tool palette path are specified as:

./Contents/Win/...

I do not see any requirements for specific files that need to be in the Win folder. So I'm wondering if it is simply ok to either rename the Win folder or create a new folder at the same location. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with that.

Folder structure: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\<PluginName>.bundle\Contents\<PluginName>\...

Paths specified as: ./Contents/<PluginName>/...

My reasons for doing this are to allow a shortcut to be created for that folder or added to QuickAccess with a more meaningful name than "Win". I don't want to create a folder under Win because frankly long path names are annoying. In fact, I'm not really sure why even the Contents folder is required.

Folder structure: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\<PluginName>.bundle\<PluginName>\...

Paths specified as: ./<PluginName>/...

I will be testing this out but wondering if there is anything I might be missing.
