Rename a specific attributename in specific blocks in a drawing

Hi guys, I need an Lisp file that renames an attribute name from “SNA” to “TAG2” if the blockname  has one of specific name what starting with "CN" or better, rename all "SNA" attributes to "TAG2" in the blocks whose name starts with "CN*"

Hope someone can help me with this.
