I have quite a few drawings that I was hoping to standardize. I currently have some drawings that have come from companies that have standards associated with them. Since I don't have the standards, it takes about a minute to open each drawing and then another minute to remove the standards and save the drawing. This is not very efficient, and I was hoping that there was going to be an easier way to do this in a script.
I also have a series of documents that have plot settings that are referencing plotters that are no longer available. I was hoping there was a way to run a script that would load a page layout from another document. I used DWG Convert to do something close to this, but the new layout that I apply to the DWG is not applied to the drawing by default, so I still need to select the layout if I want to batch plot to PDF.
I am using AutoCAD Electrical 2015
