Some users turn off the PROXYNOTICE variable so I would like to have a "simple" check to see if any unresolved ObjectARX items exist in the drawing / database. I need this because some of my routines result in the *Invalid* message when I try to insert blocks.
I don't want to do anything with these proxies, I just want to know if they're there.
