I don't know much about lisp programing.
I will be apprecieated if someone could help out me to create lisp file to as attchaed file shows create a table based on the following steps:
- get a closed polyline and ask for "select total area" , green rectangle in attached file.
- get another closed polyline and ask for "select impervious area" , green rectangle in attached file.
- get a constant factor and ask for "C1 factor"
- then create a table based on the attached file.
