Programme capacity

These 3 kinds of Programme - "How participating in the drafting environment"

for example: A small work can write in Autolisp or the easy programme is Autolisp or

every kinds of (Heavy / Simple) works can write in all the 3 programmes

(When I open the AutoCAD or Civil 3D Programme folders there were many files are .dll & ARX but Lisps were few of them)

Need some knowledge of the 3 kinds of programmes.....
