Partial loaded cuix files not displaying correctly

I posted this in another section and got zero responses, so I'm trying here to see if someone knows what's going on.

I have the company's CUIX file partial loaded...

cuix1.bmp

The tollbar and menu files are added to the workspace as well...

cuix2.jpg

The problem is that neither the drop down menu or the toolbar show. When I check the menuload the CUIX doesn't show as loaded.

cuix3.jpg

Now, if I load the cuix with menuload, everything shows correctly. I have saved the workspace and profile and exported the profile ARG and no matter what I do, after I close CAD and reopen, the toolbars and menu disappear again. Is there a glitch I'm unaware of?

Is this Map3D?

Do you have read/write/edit/delete access to the folder that contains your CUIx file that contains your custom workspace?
Who set up your C3D station? It's curious how your screenshots are out of order, the partial shown as installed with the CUILOAD shows it as not.

I have full read/write permissions. I set up my own station and am essentially the CAD Manager. Boggles me too. I just checked again and it doesn't appear to be saving any changes to my workspace even after deleting it and creating another. It was working fine for a long time, but mybe something got corrupted on crash at some point?

Found a thread that helped in a swamp post. Here is how I solved it. (must be in order)

1. Browse to the "AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\C3D 2015\enu\" folder, right click on the support folder and select properties. Then check and uncheck the read-only for all subfolders and files.

2. Save the workspace.

3. Remove and re-add the support paths. Apply changes. (Export your arg if you use a modified link)

4. Unload and reload the "Trouble" menu.

5. Save the workspace again.

Don't know why, but it worked.
