On the forum have problems getting $5 as a contribution let alone $40+. Oh yeah the site is now offering $16-35/hr.
Getting companies to even look at customisation improvements is a nightmare, one of my current clients a task about a day manually, it now takes about 1 minute, they are very happy and paid me $$ with enthusiasm.
