Need LISP for Multileader w. Mtxt uses arc leader -not spline

I am using Civil3D.

Would like if someone could make a LISP file for me for a Mleader that uses:

  • Mtext
  • 3 point arc (not a spline)
  • standard filled in arrowhead
  • my own text style
  • rectangle around text (if possible)
  • wipeout behind text (if possible)

Would like it to look like this:

Arc Mleader.PNG

Thank you

It's possible, but it would never be associative, whereas a splined leader can be.

Separate arrowheads, arcs, and boxes sound like R12 to me.  Just many times the effort to edit.

Thanks for replying John.

So there's no way this combination (of arrowhead, 3pnt arc, & text) could ever be associative in this version?

Well, they could be, but only by the use of reactors, which is code that
would have to be developed and loaded to recognize any event that would
change the mtext.
I seriously recommend you stick with splined leaders. Just don't use too
many points.

Requests for Arc-and-arrow pointers rather than Spline-form Leaders have come up several times before, possibly in both the basic AutoCAD Forum and the Customization Forum.  The same arguments have been made about the advantage of actual Leaders in most of those threads.  I mention it only because if anyone has come up with a workable way of doing it with Arcs instead, you should be able to find it with a Search.  But you may find only additional confirmation that Leaders are better in enough ways that you're willing to "settle" for the difference in the shape of their curvature as compared to Arcs.

Thanks, I posted this request because I Searched and did not find what I wanted.
