need an autolisp routine written, where do i go to find a freelance designer?

Looking to find someone who i can hire to create a custom autolisp routine. Shouldn't be very difficult, and if i had time i could probably figure it out, but i need it relatively soon. Can i find someone here to help, or do i need to find a software engineer to write it for me?

I know of someone who is available and fairly good with Visual Lisp as well.
