move between the tabs of the ribbon

hello everyone
One question, does anyone know how to move between the tabs of the ribbon, with the keyboard? similar to Ctrl + Tab of Chrome tabs.

You can press/release ALT, and type the abbreviation that appears at the tab you want to go to, and you can follow that with the abbreviation that then appears at the desired item within that -- how many levels you can go on varies with the tab.

in addition to @Kent1Cooper reply, you'll also need to have Menubar set to 0 in order for the Alt keys to appear or else only the Menu bar will be activated and not the Ribbon.
