Modify the block attribute in the field

Hi there,

The block attribute in the field, I wonder if they can be modified by lisp. Please see the requirements below and the below image as well:
D. LE will be changed to MIKE
T. LAI will be changed to JACK
H. OUYANG will be changed to JOE
M. RUDAS will become blank

2023JUL31 will be changed to 2023OCT12, please see attached DWG for your reference, thank you very much in advance. 🙂

I made a mistake, I accepted my reply as a solution, I have changed it, sorry about it. Could you please advise me the below questions?

1. There is no block name in the lisp, can same attribute be modified in all the blocks?

2. Can the text be modified as well? Or just only the attribute can be modified, this is what I wish, thanks a lot. 🙂
