MoCoRo LISP

Hi all,

I am looking for a LISP that is similar to the MoCoRo command but will allow for the Rotate and Scale element of the command to be done with a Reference Length / Reference Angle.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for this @ВeekeeCZ . Is there any way for this to have snaps enabled?
