Hello,
I had to reformat (XP) my HD due to cryptoloc malware. I tried to reload R14 from my cd, but it would not reload onto the HD. I copied a full dir. from an old cd that I had used some time ago to backup my dirs. I tried to start R14 but got an error message that says "heidi3.dll is missing". Any suggestions?
