LOSwitch on Winodws 10

We been plagued with an issue here lately on newly configured PCs.  The last few workstations that have been configured have an issue with compatibility of an loswitch.dvb file.  If you recall, loswitch.dvb is an old visual basic routine that switches layer states automatically when you switch layout tabs so long as the layer state shares the same name as the layout tab. We are aware of sheet set manager and other ways to do it but this is our preference at this time.  Not interested in workarounds.  I have a feeling it has to do with the Office 365 we are now running and its compatability with an older VBA language.  Although, dozens of units are running office 365 and C3D15 with no issues.

Some system specifications of the units having issues:
Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Office 365
Civil 3D 2015 with all service packs, etc.
2015 VBA Enabler installed

For some reason all of the other workstations are fine except two users...all other machines do not have issues.  The only difference is these two units are fresh installs of Office and Windows, all others have upgraded software/OS platforms.

When the first user had the issue we tried a few things.  We tried 32 bit office, 64 bit office, repairs, reinstalls of both CAD, Office, VBA Enabler, etc..  Even wiping the unit clean and starting from scratch again.  Same resulting issue.

We've also tried this: http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?141951-Microsoft-Visual-Basic-Compile-error-in-hidden-module-T...

If you have experience this problem and are aware of any potential fixes let us know.  I have attached the error message that is displayed every time the lisp routine is called from Cad.  FYI, the file is a 3rd party VBA routine that we have been using successfully for 15 years or so with no issues.  The file has not been modified recently and has not moved on the server.  It is a password protected module that we are unable to modify.  The administrative rights to the file have not been changed either.

Thanks,

That sounds like the program from Dotsoft. Unfortunately, I don't think they support freebies. @Anonymous  (EDIT: As far back as 8+ years ago, Terry didn't even consider it relevant )

There is no attachment BTW
