Live DIMALIGNED command for 2 parallel polylines on the go

Hello.

I'd like a way to use a form of the command "DIMALIGNED" for 2 parallel polylines based on the mouse location, be it LISP or VBA.

I have 2 polylines with different road lengths and they are continuous.

I am open to any piece of advice.
