Lisp Save as the file with today's Date and time as sufix

Any chance to prepare a lisp, when I call the particular cmd Example DSAVE. 

Then the Current file should save as a copy in the same folder by adding  or replacing by a Date and time prefix.

Example the current File name is

FLAT 103 ELECTRICAL LAYOUT 15AUG2023 10.30AM

After DSAVE it could save as

FLAT 103 ELECTRICAL LAYOUT 19AUG2023 10.18AM

I m not sure, it may possible.
