Lisp RTUMLAY error

Hello, I have loaded a lisp that is responsible for generating grid and coordinates of a window either in the model and the layout, however I throw this error. 
Although the execution was in civil 3D, probe in autocad and I got the same, Please help with this problem I enclose the lisp.

Hello try and still failing, however looking on the internet it could be that the system is failing or the program, not the code, already has all the elements and suggestions that in this forum on the variables vlax-ename-> vla-object, and I found in the Autodesk desktop application that I needed to install an update of autocad 2018.0.xxx, I do not remember the other number, I install it, I opened civil 3d as autocad 2018 told me that it was necessary to load the profile acad, and then charge the program I went to a view and loaded the lisp and normal charge.

With this I understand that the error was because the program lacked an update before the last versions.
