Lisp or Macro to automate QSE Commands?

Im wondering if its possible to either make a LISP or macro that would essentially do: QSE -> Hatch -> AR-CONC 

Im working through Microvellum and cant change the scale on the material library and have to manually search for hatches and adjust the scale this way. Its not the end of the world but anything i can do in one button to find this vs manually doing it would be great.
