CAN LISP MAKE RECTANGLE , TRIANGLE SHAPE DIVISION IN POLYLINE SHAPE .....E.G. IF I GIVE COMMAND AND SELECT POLYLINE AFTER IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE AS SHOWN IN IMG. ......IS IT POSSIBLE...?????

Sure it can. But you need to find/figure out some clever algorithm.

It may be, but it would be a very complex problem for a routine to figure out which are the internal corners that Lines should be drawn from, which direction to aim from those corners, where across the way to draw them to, and when all areas have been appropriately subdivided.  And what would be the criteria for determining that it should come out as in your image, rather than, for example, any of these?

Also, your shape very conveniently has a nice clean and obvious triangle area, but what should happen if the shape is [for example] something like this?
