Insert attributes block in scale insert point

My Requirement is insert auto cad file in any particular folder (ie x-folder) the auto cad file which i insert in my x-folder but when i insert auto cad object file from x-folder i want scale and insert point.

What do you want to mean by this....... you want to insert those autocad file (from x-folder) into your current drawing as a wblock with your specified scale & insertion point?

if that is your requirement you can do this simply by this ....... just select the box of Insertion point & Scale option "Specify On-screen"........
