How to use lisp to count my board quantity…

example if I use 17mm board I use table to set 17pcs like my photo can put 17pcs and bottom 1pcs more

 

so total quantity 18 pcs price = 2.4 . 17mm one round can put 7 pcs 50divide 6 = 9 round 2.4 * 9

how can I use lisp to count automatic

@Anonymous For better understanding, and maybe get further help, please upload such sample.dwg
As far as I know, ACAD only can edit DWG.
