Hole Chart AUTOFILL LISP

I was wondering if there is a way to make a LISP to autofill the hole table with the appropriate description/block name. I have attached a picture as reference for a few descriptions that we most commonly use.  All the screws, wire start holes, dowels, etc are all blocks whole the thru holes are just circles...I have no LISP experience so any help is much appreciated!

I've written the same program which generates the hole table depending upon circle dia and category, the coordinates will get calculated by the reference point.

Soon I'm going to publish this program on my website for free usage, do try it.

Definitely possible, but a picture just wont "cut" <--<pun>  it , dou already  have a table at the ready? is it a block? acad_table? lines and text?
