Find or mark Overlapping lines and polylines - NOT DELETE - Similar to Overkill

Is there a command or custom routine which will perform similar to OVERKILL, except not delete or modify objects? Just mark or select them?

I want to find overlapping lines and/or polylines and just mark the overlapping ones. Not delete or modify them. Then I can inspect them myself.

Copy/paste lines into two new drawings, use OVERKILL on one, then compare both by DWGCOMPARE.
