Export x and y coordinates of a multileader's arrow(s), as well as the description in AutoCAD MEP

Hello, just a disclaimer this is my first time posting so please let me know if I should be including more information.

I have multileaders in my AutoCAD drawing. What I am wanting to do is export (to excel) the x and y coordinates of the multileader's arrow along with the text displayed inside the bubble. Please see the picture attached for reference.

I'm currently working in AutoCAD MEP 2019.

Also, are the bubbles always a single one with a single arrow?

Did you mean BUBBLES.

jbutlerQNKVL yeah need dwg fairly simple to answer. Maybe google I would expect already done, my 10 seconds revealed lots of possibilities.
