Excel to Table Custom

So here is the situation: I have 5 different tables in CAD that are linked to a excel book with 5 corresponding sheets. The sizes of the tables will change based on the job. What I want is a way to keep each table 1/4" away from each other automatically. And to type one command that will place the table, link it to the proper sheet, and update it with the correct data. (ex. I type "GD" and the "Glass" table is placed in a specific spot, linked to the "Glass" sheet in Excel, and the data populates so the table looks just like the Excel sheet.) I'm not quite sure if what I'm asking makes any sense. But any help/ideas are more than welcome.

Table as  "OLE" or "ACAD_TABLE"  and where exactly are those ?
