I have had my laptop for 5 months . It ran fast and good on AutoCAD and Revit for 2 months. I now can barely open web browsers and sites.
I have checked for viruses , cleared up space, and basically only use this for my school work. Once in AutoCAD putting in commands won't show up till 5 or more seconds later and clicks the wrong points. I can't watch the videos as needed without it buffering every 5 sec and taking over 3 mins or at all to start again. I don't understand what is wrong with my system. I have tried everything I can think of . I need this to work faster , it's to the point I am going to have to drive 14 miles to my school just to do the homework. I listed what laptop I have I hope it helps.
